(Doug): What does the team do after the conceptual plan and budget study?
(David): Well, I think then after the budget has been given and the plan is in place there is a decision making timeline that occurs on the facility side is what we’re seeing. And there typically has to be board approval to proceed. And a lot of times in our states that are CON states there also has to be a CON approval process. The nice thing about the services we provide and giving a budget and a plan is that from the architect standpoint those are the two key pieces of information that you need from us in order to submit a CON. So you get the conceptual study and that decision writing information, but you also have something to move forward with with the CON.
