The services available to your organization through your EAP support management in a variety of ways. It is important that managers are aware of the many services available as they are a vital link in the partnership between the EAP and your organization.

As part of your EAP program, key management services such as the following are an integral part of your program:

  • Unlimited and on-demand supervisor telephone consultation
  • Supervisor training
  • Employee referral to the EAP for performance concerns
  • Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISDs) and resources
  • Event triggered interventions (mergers, downsizing, traumas)
