Our critical roles include providing easy access to care management through our Member Advocates on a toll-free number, staffed 24-hours-per-day, 365-days-per-year, serving as a valuable, accessible resource to providers in evaluating treatment options, supporting members’ rights and needs, monitoring quality treatment at all levels of care, and assuring that all medically necessary and appropriate care is delivered in the most cost-effective manner.
Administrative services include client-specific reports and claims adjudication and payment, supported by both provider information analysis (credentials, demographics, practice locations, utilization trending, and out-referral cross referring and referencing by location, specialty, contract, and hospital privileges) and work flow support).
