Horizon Health was founded over 25 years ago with a primary commitment to two basic tenets: To provide high quality clinical services and to do so while exceeding the expectations of our customers. Our commitment is as strong today as it has ever been.

Quality – Horizon doesn’t just talk quality. We were the first company to create an outcome management system for behavioral health and we have measured our patients progress through treatment and at follow up through our CQI+ system. We have the largest database of behavioral health outcomes in the world with measures of more than 120,000 patients.

Assurance – Horizon has a team of experienced clinical practitioners that perform surprise audits at all of our programs. Our goal is to ensure our patients receive the best care whenever they are at a Horizon-related facility.

Customer Service – We train our staff in the art of treating customers right. Our customers include our patients, their families, employers, community members, our client hospitals, our provider community, and all that come in contact with our programs, facilities, and services.
